1. Definitions

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.

GST: Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are exclusive of GST. If a supply made under this agreement is a taxable supply, the recipient must pay an additional amount equal to the GST payable, subject to receiving a valid tax invoice.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds may be granted where:

  • The service provided was not as described or agreed upon
  • There were significant defects in the service not rectified within a reasonable timeframe
  • The service was cancelled by in/Thread before completion

To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of service completion with your name, contact details, date of service, and a description of the issue. We will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Services that are fully completed and delivered as agreed, delivered more than 30 days ago, or specifically noted as non-refundable at the time of purchase are generally not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations made 3 or more days before a scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 1 day of the service date may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of in/Thread or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in/Thread will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to hold the other's confidential information in confidence and not to disclose or use it except as necessary for the performance of agreed services. These obligations survive for one year after termination of any agreement, and do not apply to information that is independently developed, enters the public domain, or is received free of any confidentiality obligation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
